Metro Green Dryclean and Alterations

I live near Metrotown and thought this is a convenient place for me to do dry clean. I wish I didn’t. My main use for dry clean is for my shirts especially the expensive ones to make sure I don’t mess it up. Last week i had a boss shirt that I bought couple of weeks ago to be dry cleaned. I got the shirt from metrotown dry clean and went home. Next day when i took the shirt from the plastic that It was in, i found a hole (a quarter size in the chest area of the shirt). I was frustrated not just for the fact of screwing my new shirt, i was more frustrated because they did not say anything or or acknowledged what they did when I picked up my shirt. I went after to the dry clean shop and talked to a lady working there about it. The lady said I don’t know how that happened. But I will have the owner or manager Nancy to call you. I got a call from the last. It is really hard to describe how bad she was in a small review. That lady Nancy, you would never imagine that this kind of poor management could really exist. A small friendly advise for anyone who is considering their business is to stay away! I learned my lesson.

Very bad customer service and dry clean service. I put an expensive shirt for dry cleaning and it came back with a hole in it. I did not see the hole until I was getting ready to wear it and was extremely disappointed. I stopped by the store with the shirt to inform them. The manager rudely denied that they caused the damage!! I was not expecting a refund for my shirt nor for the service. All I was hoping for was an acknowledgement of their mistake and reassurance that they would be decent enough to put a note on the clothes if they damage them. Never using their services again!

This is a very bad store, the lady who works there is really very rude and they have ruined my very expensive clothes. I wont recommend going to them

The alteration skill they own is too poor and their service is without any patience. I altered 3 pants here, the curves they made were not even on a straight line!

I always take my items here. I've never had an issue, and the customer service is great. I am always greeted with a smile, and the prices are fair.
