Brentwood Cleaners

Ruined my two best items in my closet! I had a boiled wool coat and a cashmere long robe. They both shrunk! The wool coat not only shrunk, but the fibres were altered and it now looks like a sweater! It shrunk and doesn't fit right at all anymore - stretched out along hemline. Looks like i washed it myself. Devastated! It was my very best piece of clothing and it was an investment piece. My cashmere robe: the fabric seems thinner, hemline all wiggly now and the fibres shrunk. I don't know if they just don't know how to treat wool?! They have been my cleaner for years and never have had this issue. We also had some vintage wool coats cleaned to get rid of the 'old' smell and they came back smelling exactly as before. I will NOT be trusting my clothes with them again.

I have been using these cleaners for many days. They are hands down the best in Brentwood. My clothes look great and the service is stellar. Their prices are also reasonable. So no hesitation to recommend them.
