First delivery was not the right item. I wasted a day waiting for nothing. The second delivery was the right item without the same bill. they never told me I had to pay more for the right item. They never called me back to tell me if my sheets were ready. I had to go get them in another store.
Went there for just info on bed frames and mattresses and ended up buying both salesman(Jacob) was excellent, knew his products extremely well, and made us feel very comfortable being there. I highly recommend asking for Jacob. You'll be happy you did.

He took a lot of time (we know they are paid at commissions) regardless I had a great experience and really satisfy with my purchase.
I have been looking for a ajustable bed and matresse. When I walked in I felt welcome and listen to my needs. Kim is very professionnel love her energy and does everything she can to help, instead of 5 days for delivrey getting in 2. Thank you for making my visit a pleasure.
