Best customer service!!!
According to my personal experience, I am very happy with the services, price, and the products quality that I received.
It took me less than 3 weeks to receive the furniture I ordered.
The price was garantied so when I called to apply their website’s Black Friday offer, they did it very quickly as well.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
1-They sent me missing parts. They did not solve the problem for 4 months.
2-No respect for delivery date.
3-They did not apply the price match policy although I explained it.
4-They refused to put my order in front of my house like the policy of Covid-19. They want to put the order in the street. I gave money for the driver and the other one just to put the order in front of my house.
Very poor quality. We bought 2 sofas, 2 and 3 places. In less than 3 years little pieces of cover started to be tsken out. We took it out of the apartment. With regret we lost money with it.
Worse customer service, I never saw something like that in whole life .never go back there and please please dont go to this branch .they were supposed to deliver our appliances on 18th July, after I called several times they said ,sorry we forgot
That we scheduled you for today .we will deliver on 20th.i got day off ,now they called me to say sorry they forgot to send your stove today from laval so tomorrow we just can send your fridge
. . Now please take another days off for Thursday. They are kidding us .it likes I am everyday at home waiting for them.
Honestly, not sure the price is worth it. It's a bit more expensive than other furniture stores, but the quality really isn't that much better.
