Good price and choices, excellent service

Strongly advise against this (supposedly) kitchen designer. First, impossible to meet someone. we have to fill out a 9-page form and then we send you a price. And if the price (I still don't understand how they estimate without you saying the style you want) is okay with you, they charge you $ 150 to make a plan under the pretext that they spend days working. In short, a place to get a price but not to do business with professionals!

Horrible customer experience! At first glance we were very satisfied with the work of our friendly kitchen designer! Unfortunately from the first payment everything deteriorated and we felt that our kitchen designer "let go" ..... she no longer answered, I had to arrange myself to make the last payment! The kitchen should have been installed in early August .... we are at the end of September and after three visits it is still not over! They will have to come back again ..... there is always something: suddenly we learn the same day that the counter and Bo, then they forget a door ... then a rail ..... then cherries aur the cake, impossible to fix the door because of a hole in the wrong place! HORRIBLE after-sales service, of course we pay almost $ 20,000 for a kitchen and no service or compensation .... we still have to manage to miss work! Honestly, never again Kwizine, I do not refer to anyone! Better to pay a little more for service! Every time they call to complain we are told "this is the first time that it has happened" yet to read the comments it is not true ...

Nous avons fait affaire avec Kwizine et sommes satisfaits du résultat final ! La cuisiniste a été à l’écoute de nos besoins et de notre budget ! L’installation s’est faite sur deux jours avec Denis! Super travail, installation impeccable de sa part! (Très sympathique en plus!) Seul point négatif est qu’on ne nous avait pas dit que les comptoirs seraient livrés après les fêtes, repoussant ainsi notre déménagement dans la nouvelle maison. (Dû à la fermeture des fêtes). On nous a, toutefois, proposé des comptoirs temporaires en mélanine. De plus, une petite coquille dans la livraison relativement à une porte d’armoire, mais rien de dramatique ni de grave ! Sommes toute, nous avons apprécié notre expérience! Carolie, notre cuisiniste était disponible et répondait rapidement à mes courriels ! Et avouons-le, notre nouvelle cuisine est MAGNIFIQUE ! 🤗
