Nice collection of shoes not expesive

Couldn't help comparing it to my visit a Yellow a few days before. The sales person here was so helpful. The staff said hi and asked me what shoes I wanted, even offering to order it online if needbe. I didn't know my ahoe size and the girl was very patient with me. Reasonably priced shoes and great service.

It's boxing day today and I tried to order online. Unfortunately, an error occurred and I have to cancel my order that does not match my choice. I call to ask a question: find out if it is possible to cancel an order that I just made online, because I do not see access on the website. I certainly was unlucky when I ran into the employee who replied "crookedly", and who was probably not enthusiastic about the idea of ​​working today. If you cannot / do not want to take calls on this crazy day, leave a voicemail rather than a "silly" employee on the phone. This is my first bad experience and it is a shame, because I will now avoid this shop. The employee in question did not show up, so it was impossible to follow up on the said person.

I ordered shoes and received a damaged pair with stripes. Instead of just confessing and maybe apologizing, now the store manager tries to convince me that it was the normal state of cooking! So, I show him the demo pair on the display and she finally admit that it was indeed a defect, but she adds that it was not so important as a defect!
