poor customer service, prices are confusing needs improvement

Don’t care about their customers. Prices are hidden under the sales stickers. Dishonest personal.

Best amnesia I've been to. Good selection of clothes. More of the proper brands then the one at place versailles.(place versailles has same cheapo brand then the cheapo store just beside it. Must be same owner or something and tries to sell the garbage in amnesia when it doesnt sell in cheapo store.)

Bad customer Service from manager or assistant manager. On top of that playing loud music with profanity ! This store is in a mall ! My Kids are 7 and 9, so this happened last week of Oct on the weekend, so I sent this letter to Head office and never got NO response. To whom this may concern, I went to Amnesia at St-Bruno Mall with my son today to buy him a scooter for his birthday. The price attached to the scooter he chose was $199 (please see photo attached). At check out the price scanned in at $256. I told the cashier that the display unit was priced at $199. Meanwhile she's on the phone talking to someone else while serving me. She called someone over to ask him about the price. He says the price is $256 and I tell him your display unit is priced at $199. Here comes the worst part... He accused ME of putting the wrong price tag on it. He offered to give me 15% off any other scooter, but my son does not like the other ones. Besides, I feel so insulted that I refuse to spend even a dime at that store. I understand that mistakes can happen. However the way the situation was handled by your employees is unacceptable. I was made to feel like a thief, and what was supposed to be an exciting and happy day for my son, turned out to be one of tears and disappointment. Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience at your St-Bruno location. I hope your employees improve their customer service skills. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I doubt I will ever be returning.
