I contracted C4 Maid Service to do a "move out" clean of my apartment, and emphatically recommend their services. It was a big job, but from my first contact with Lacey at their office, much of my stress was taken out of what can be a trying experience. The cleaners themselves were friendly, hardworking, and extremely helpful. My building manager was also pleased with the results. I do not hesitate to recommend C4 Maid Services, either for routine maintenance, or in preparation for big moves. They get the job done. Cheers!
I setup an appointment for a move-out cleaning Aug 29th. I received a call three hours prior to the scheduled arrival time, informing me that the cleaners were no longer available and that my appointment was canceled.
I spoke with Marina on the phone who expressed sympathy, but was "unable to do anything about it". I'm now put into a position where I need to scramble last minute to find a cleaner with availability.
C4 is unreliable and I recommend they be avoided.
I highly recommend C4 Maid Service. I hired them to do a move in cleaning in my new place and was really happy with the job they did, my apartment was super clean! thank you C4!
Highly recommend this company. They did really good job when i moved into my apartment in west vancouver. Girls did good job cleaning a place. and boy name Zhan is professional on carpet cleaning. Good management ! Nice prices and perfect job. Definitely will call them back when i will need cleaning.
They have a great customer service and the girls did an amazing job cleaning the place, they worked really hard on every little detail. Very professional service
