Chantal was amazing! she was super empathetic, sentimental and understanding of our pain and grieve for our dog. Amazing customer service. Our dog passed away on the Thursday. Originally we were dealing with the vet on Pierrefonds who was going to take 3 weeks to process the cremation and delivery of our beloved dog. We reached out to Nos Copains for a quicker and more efficient way, and within 1 hour of our call they came to pick up our dog from the vet in Pierrefonds and brought them to their cremation center. Within 2 days, we got our dog back in our home and family. Thank you again for making this difficult time, a little easier with your compassion and kindness.

Me and my family booked a private cremation for our beloved pet Chi and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff are are all very sweet and friendly who all care for animals.

First and foremost we would like to say thank you to Chantal, Kevin and to all staff of PetFriends as well as the owner your generosity, compassionate, thoughtfulness, understanding, sympathy and respect are above and beyond during this difficult time. Our baby girl "CHI' was cremated on Jan. 30, 2020 she died on my birthday Jan. 22 due to a rare reaction of anesthesia during her spayed surgery. She's 5 months old kitten very beautiful and gentle pet. We love her dearly and she'll be missed. My family and I had a private cremation for our dearest Chi and the quality of service from start explaining the procedures to finish was outstanding.
