Great store with lots of selection and very clean and presentable. Staff is friendly and helpful except: one of the employees who was frankly, downright lazy, would not refund me for even the driest and cleanest beer can. I get that Covid19 has changed things but honestly, she was one bad apple and appeared to just feel entitled.

Very bad customer experience and with management manager whoever he was suppose to be.

One of the better BCLs I've been too. Huge place with a very organized selection. The employees seemed to actually enjoy working there, which was a welcome change. It was great to see employees helping customers find what they need and then chatting casually with customers at the front cash.

Senior manager is very helpful but assistants are very rude and does not know how to deal with customers. Has been going to this store from last few years but recently assistants to manager are the worst I dealt with.

social distancing signs are clear at the cashier line up, unlike other places. great selection of local wine, beer, korean soju, hope there will be more japanese products though
