I went get my car key copied there. They gave to job to a new person. He wasn't sure what he was doing and screwed up the key from the beginning but didn't let me know until an hour of waiting. However, the manager at that time didn't even provide him and guidance. He told me the trainee should have waited for the person who works on car key copies, but he was there the whole time beside him and had not said anything until he messed up the key. They only offered to pay me the amount I paid the for key but I will never got the hour I lost.

The staff are very friendly, warm, welcoming, respectful as well as professional. Very efficient. Clean and safe environment. I would highly recommend this place.
