Jack's Moving

Worst moving company in the town. I booked a moving 2 days ago. He should start to work today from 9:20 in the morning. I have not seen the owner even at 11:00 am. He said he does not have anyone to work with him today. I have to cancel the moving and change another moving company right way. Inexperience, Unprofessional, NO trust, waste my time. I cannot complete other works on my schedules.

Jack has provided moving services for our family for many years (I think over 8 years). He has always been on time, courteous, and professional. Jack and his crew always work very hard and his prices are always very competitive. Also in the 6 or so moves for our family there hasn’t been any issues or damage. There is no hesitation in recommending his services. Need something moved (a whole house or something smaller), call Jack!

I have used Jack's Moving 4 different times and every experience has been top notch. Very competitive prices and a new truck to boot. I hope to not have to move anytime soon, but if I did, I personally wouldn't use anyone else.

I've used Jack's Moving twice now - once for a small studio to 1 bedroom apt downtown--and again for my mother's downsize from family home to condo. Jack and his crew have all been super reliable, polite, compassionate, and hardworking. I appreciate them so much and would not hesitate to book them again or recommend to anyone.

Had this company move me from a 3 bedroom apartment in Burnaby to a 3 level, 5 bedroom house in Surrey last week. I was really pleased by the professionalism and friendliness displayed by Jack and his guys. He arrived with 2 others and got stuck in, wrapped whatever was needed quickly and efficiently and made light of the move, even kept going when I offered them a tea break. They were the best priced out of 7 I looked into out of sole proprietors and limited companies and in this instance there was no need for the old adage 'you get what you pay for'. I recommend Jack's moving and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
