I managed to safely pull into a parking stall (at this gas station) after experiencing vehicle issues. Unfortunately, I also had no cel service. The first attendant I spoke with (young female) was VERY helpful (let me use the phone and walked out in their parking lot to point me in the direction of the nearest dealership). Many thanks to her! Fortunately, I was then able to drive my vehicle the few blocks and walked back to again use the phone (since dealership was already closed and I needed to make arrangements to get back to Calgary). When I returned, the female attendant was no longer there. I explained my situation to the 2 male attendants - feeling surprised and disappointed by the poor customer service. I was ignored and then denied phone access. Afterward, I walked to the Costco (across the parking lot) and received exceptional service. They supported me in contacting AMA. Needless to say, when a friend later picked me up (and needed to fill up), we did not choose this Petro Canada location. I often make this trip and fill up in gasoline alley. I hope you receive this review as a teaching opportunity - reinforce the importance of consistent/quality customer service - and how this service can impact future business.

Nice staff

I mean it's a gas station it has gas and whatever else you would need. Snacks a washroom. You can also purchase tobacco products like cigarettes, lighters and often vape juice (not always the vapes them selves). The staff here is friendly enough and they seem quite helpful.

They have always had fuel when I've come here!!!!
