Very disappointed with the professionalism from Marc the salesman. When purchasing the product I informed him on delivery I wouldnt be home and would have to find someone to be there when it arrived. He then ask me if i prefered morning or afternoon delivery. We agreed on morning I asked my girlfriend to take the morning off of work to meet the delivery guys. Too my surprise no one shows in the morning so i call to find out if there is a reason for late delivery. I get told that they only start delivering at 10am and a morning delivery would have been impossible because of where i live. I try to reason with the man that gave me this time and he put me between a rock and a hard place, either cancel the order or take the rest of the day off work. I try to explain that after spending 3000 on my washer and dryer an agreed upon time of delivery should have been followed and something should have been done for his mistake. he then falls silent on the phone and doesnt care about the situation he has created. I have no problem with the store just with this one individual. some people just care about saying anything to a person to get a sale. My girlfriend could have done her morning shift if he would have said Thursday afternoon delivery. Some people kids😒🙄🤥

Staff pleasant and welcoming, and give us very good advice in store. They are honest and go according to your means. The delivery men are nice, courteous and really do a great job. 10 stars for you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
