MC Professional Accountant

Do not use this accountant!! I hired MC Professional Accountant to do my small business, personal and cross boarder taxes. There were multiple mistakes in both business and personal tax returns that I am still dealing with 2 years later. MC Professional Accountant charged me way more then what was originally quoted. MC Professional Accountant is the worst accounting firm I have ever worked with. Do not use them for anything.

Phil helped me anticipate state-level and IRS tax requirements, how to best respond and the timelines to expect their responses. Phil was spot-on every-time and was key to my success. I am now a very loyal client. Thanks Phil!

Many thanks to Phil and his team for a great job. I originally had my Tax Returns prepared by a well-known Tax Prep company and was told I had to pay Canadian Tax. I'm a British Management Accountant and my Canadian Tax knowledge is limited but was very surprised as I pay full taxes in the UK and hadn't even worked in Canada that year so I had Phil review it. Result: no Tax due. Well worth it :-) UPDATE 2020/03/03 $12,000 tax owed is now $3.25. BRILLIANT! :-)

I had a very poor experience at this fir. Some pretty shady business ethics and practice. The accounting presented was replete with mistakes. They created so much confusion that I had to take my paperwork to two more accountants to get confident of my return.

Being a dual citizen in the US and Canada makes filing taxes somewhat cumbersome, especially when tax software is involved. I went to Phil and his company to resolve tax issues with the CRA and he was able to walk me through the issue I was experiencing. Phil took the time to understand my situation, explain to me in professional layman terms why the situation was happening and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
