My wife and I had an adventure a couple of years ago. We had left our former church because God wanted something different for us. Our adventure included a lot of different churches in Calgary, some really good, others...well... We decided one Sunday in November of 2017 to see what Holy Trinity Anglican Church Calgary had to offer. It turned out to be a special musical Sunday – Bluegrass Sunday. We really enjoyed the service. The message was completely Bible-based, and the Liturgical aspect mixed with the wonderful music, made us feel full. The people were so welcoming. When my wife and I left that Sunday, we looked at each other and said we really liked it here and we would go back. And we did. The Worship Team is excellent with some traditional hymns and lots of contemporary Christian worship songs. Pastor Stephen always has a relevant message for today, based on the Bible reading for the week. We have been completely welcomed into the family of HTACC. The love of God and the congregation really does make this our Church home.

When I first came to the city with my family I prayed for a place to worship as I wanted someplace not far from home. I joined the HTAC 3 months later and knew that the Lord ordered my steps to this church. I have been really blessed by the sermons and the music, is heavenly.....😇😇

Holy Trinity Anglican Church of Calgary is a fantastic church for several reasons: The people who attend are welcoming and there are many ways to get involved and meet people. The worship team performs a well-rounded mix of classic and modern songs. During the service, Kidz Zone and Youth Group offers children and youth the chance to learn about Jesus in a way that resonates with them. Most importantly, Pastor Stephen's sermons are brilliant. They're biblically based and share God's word in an accessible way. He stresses the importance of looking at both the biblical and historical context of verses, and will often share the definition of a Greek or Hebrew word relevant to the sermon to further increase the congregation's understanding of the message. If you've been looking for a church that will welcome you, deepen your relationship with Jesus, and allow you to get involved, Holy Trinity Anglican Church is the church for you.
