We have had a very positive experience with switching to Payworks! Simple, fast and intuitive to navigate. Updates and improvements to the platform are frequent and regularly incorporate user feedback. Our implementation specialist was amazing! Explained the process, worked out any bumps along the way quickly, was there day and night for support. After implementation we were assigned an account rep who is there to assist with any questions or concerns. Rep responds promptly and with answers! We are going on month 9 and still happy! We have worked with large payroll companies in the past and are so glad we switched over to Payworks! We would highly recommend their services.
