RBC Royal Bank

All I want to do is call the branch. The absurd, badly-functioning voice-activated nonsense is obstructive to good customer service. I JUST WANT TO CALL THE BRANCH.

Poor experience here and bad attitudes from the tellers, their customer service line is extremely flawed.

Lovely staff - Oliver (advisor) was extremely kind and treated us like people he cared about while helping us out with everything we needed.

Had a horrible experience trying to put a bank draft into my boyfriend's account. The attitude of the teller 'Andrea Poole' was horrible from the beginning. She was snotty, unprofessional, condescending, and she should probably take a course on communications. I was told the following statements, completed with eye rolling and dirty looks. "I don't know what you want me to do with this" and "go back to BMO and get cash then maybe I can help you". I am understanding of the fact that their are rules and maybe she couldn't do it, although I had just done the same thing with TD and ATB the previous day. I went back to BMO and there happened to be an employee for RBC there when I explained the issue he had me follow him back and had the draft put in the account without a problem. He was super helpful and I appreciated it but I still need to give one star based on Andrea's horrific attitude.

20 min wait. 3 tellers working. But only 1 open. Line up to the door.
