Sundial Growers

Stay away from here at all cost. You do NOT want to work here. My experience at sundial started off great but constant bullying by inexperienced leads and directors that lie to your face has completely removed all passion I have to do quality work for this corporation. We had a great lead in cultivation with years of experience and they laid them off that's how you know this place truly doesn't care for there product or work force. Management/HR doesn't care that your being harassed even if it's border line illegal. The lack of communication and leadership with experience in the cannabis industry is dragging this place down fast.

Great staff great teams, relaxed but fast passed work environment. Most team leads are very good at teaching you everything there is to know. You learn so much more everyday from the vast amount of knowledge collected between every coworker, ask questions because your leads will enjoys sharing their knowledge with you. coworkers are generally in a good mood all day it seems. I can’t wait to see where this company goes in the near future in the cannabis industry. Honestly a good place to work.

Not a good place to work, lots of harassment and HR won't deal with it. Stay away from pod 4. every day we play survivor, under the eyes of one of the toxic leads.. There were some pretty good people here at one point.

I live quite close to the place and you can definitely smell the products on some days. I thought there was a skunk outside for the longest time until i found out the smell was actually weed! I gave them 4 stars because sometimes the weed doesn't smell very high quality.

Decent place to be for the short time I was there, there were alot of great people to share knowledge with.
