Previous visits have always been wonderful. However this week was very upsetting. The woman that I had to conduct business with was extremely rude.I was lectured over my request to use a washroom, my bill was not discussed prior to payment. I'm unclear about what I paid for. Also a request to price a part was ignored, I was told to contact another business. Her tone of voice and her demeanor left me regretting having booked my appointment. In the future I will search for a business who respects their customers. She made me feel unwelcome.

Started off on the wrong foot but eventually ended up with a set of complimentary tires due to a big confusion. Great recovery, rare in this day and age.

Scott helped us a great deal when we wanted two different size tires installed on our all-wheel drive vehicle. Had we not taken his expert advice we could have caused significant damage to our vehicle. Great service.

These guys go above and beyond. Great prices and very helpful
