I got refused of my warranty. They told Polaris I did the damage on the machine. When you could clearly see where there bolt broke off and went through the plastic. I wish I could’ve got the friends and family benefits. Where they’ve taken pictures of other machines just too get warranty for ppl. But someone has to get screwed in order for those ppl too reap the benefits. Just so he don’t look like he’s screwing Polaris every time.

My go to Polaris dealer for parts and Sales, bought a used sled and was very happy with the whole process! Amber was my sales lady and was very straight forward with pricing and the whole deal. Greg and lee have both been very helpful and knowledgable with parts! No complaints from me! When I am ready for my new side by side Rainy Creek will be my go to!!

Amber's one of the best most knowledgeable people out there when it comes to powersports! I always feel confident and comfortable going to her with any questions I have, not just about machines or fixing it up right but also just for riding in general!
