Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've rented from Enterprise for many years for both business and personal. Most of the time my rentals have been from the Maple Ridge, BC location. The staff have always provided excellent customer service and have always quickly and attentively resolved any challenges or last minute changes. I have recommenced Enterprise to friends and colleagues and they all are very satisfied. Keep up the great work !

Needed a rental car after an ICBC claim. Staff were very friendly, quick and efficient. Pickup and drop-off was easy and my Toyota Camry rental was a very nice and comfortable ride.

I made a reservation in advance and they called me after 1 week to say that they don’t have that specific class and they down graded me to a full size car!! They wouldn’t care about their customers and totally helpless. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Now I should change my plan because of them. They wasted my time. I am so disappointed. I also called the head office and their customer service promised me to receive a call from area manager on next day by 2:00 PM. I didn’t have that call either. I had to cancel my hotel and it may cost me over $300 !! My impression for Enterprise is: Nothing is guaranteed at Enterprise!! Not even a simple call from area manager. If you are willing to destroy your vacation and time which you never see then Enterprise is your best choice!!

Worst customer service ever! My husband rented a truck after his was in an accident. When he returns the truck we are charged without notice $574. They claim it was for insurance we never asked for and gas, even though we left the truck with gas. They said they would refund my card but have not! I have been calling them daily and only to hear lies that they refunded my card. It has been over two weeks and nothing has been refunded! I am horrified at this appalling customer service and will never use this company again.

Horrible experience. Do not rent anything for this location. The manager is awful and shady. I went to rent a car and left as the process and customer service was horrific.
