Not for E.R. but the Clinic. Administration management Staff is not friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable or professional. Administration was extremely condescending and aggressive towards me and others, manager began to talk at me very loud as if to scare/intimidate me into agreeing with him, he essentially announced to the whole waiting room when speaking to me, he seemed to take delight in creating drama and making a scene, he asked me, "Call your manager for me so I can tell them you're only here for getting days off work." the manager said, even though I explained to him I had shingles, and was later diagnosed with shingles by the Doctor. I was also turned away once and told we could not be seen along with a whole room of other people after they had us all waiting there for over 5hrs. If you can, avoid going here.
