This morning I took a pair of my husband's uniform pants in to be altered. They are very easy to alter, this is the 3rd pair that we've done this year. I decided to use Ultra Cleaners because it is close to my home, but I was turned away this morning. It was explained that the tailor worked at the other location and they would have to be sent, but ONLY if I was having them hemmed. Anything else and I would have to take them to the other location myself. I said I did not have time, and she pushed them across the counter at me and said "you take them." Now they are sitting in my car, and no one is altering them. I will not use this location anymore.
