Darcy was amazing! He squeezed me in to his busy schedule last minute to clean the carpets in my new home. Fantastic overall job! He was punctual, professional and super friendly. He explained the whole process to me and made sure to keep me in the loop, bringing to my attention any concerns or things to be aware of. The dry time with the whole process was super quick and I was still able to move in furniture the same day as the cleaning. My carpets look amazing and hands down a great experience! I would absolutely use Chem-Dry again! Darcy did an amazing job on my carpet. He even came by and went over my stairs again, a few days later, free of charge because they were a high traffic area and he wasn’t satisfied after they dried the first time. He was very friendly, professional and timely. Also loved how quickly my carpets dried!!
I had Darcy clean out my cars upholstery, my German shepherd had left a thick coating of hair everywhere. In short order Darcy was able to bring my interior back to new. Pricing was less than had I have gone to bubbles or another detailer. Great value and excellent service
