Canada Border Services Agency - Coutts Port of Entry

Passed through in early November 2018 and 2019. Always friendly and cordial. Always a subtle check, visual and verbal, of my wife (she looks much younger than me) to verify all is well. Hopefully we will be heading out that way again this year considering the virus situation. Looking forward to seeing the US border officer again.

Generally friendly, but when I came through late June the guard I was dealing with refused to assist me in simply faxing a document to Calgary that was extremely important & time sensitive. His suggestion was to drive into Coutts and find a fax machine myself .....

We had a great experience. Give us clear instructions on what we were supposed to do. Really patient and calm staff. The process was also quick, and was empathetic for the long process in being a permanent resident. The kind of care that they showed itself makes Coutts the best Port of Entry.

We were there for our PR Landing, the most beautiful service we have ever experienced. Politeness, supportive, very helpful, faster and amazing service from all the officer will be remembered for ever. Thank you so much for your great service and making Canada beautiful.
