Hills of Home Cafe and BnB

Came down to pick up a package during covid19 border closure. Oasis on the prairie! Great fish and chips, service and cheer. Just what we needed! Who needs IHOP (but such remains available, my son was told)?

My biggest regret is that I never uncovered the mystery of The Hills of Home. I regarded the book, and yet, managed to become distracted by the glorious food, and comfortable lodgings. No matter what or where you are, oh hills, it matters not. I put ice cream on my french toast. They let me do that. My friend won't stop telling me about the meal of her year. When google maps says "welcome to Canada" you better hope you're here.

Great homemade food. Best thing we ate the whole trip. Good value for a room and breakfast. The restaurant is really great! I recommend eating there if you’re stopping through. Breakfast is delicious. Great portions, great ingredients. My friend and I felt great after eating it and the cost is reasonable. The cook was very accommodating to my diet. The hashbrowns she made were crispy and delicious. Carolyn was easy-going and nice. Thank you!

Nice services! Really chill and have a good relaxing time during the trip! Very good price for the value of the food! Would come again anytime if I have a chance in the future
