We had an amazing stay at this property. Really friendly staff. They gave us really good recommendations on stuff to do in Victoria. Both the restaurants in house are amazing. Faro has great pizza and coffee! Boathouse spa is really good too. A little overpriced but good service. The pool and hot tubs are amazing as well. Would definitely visit again!
I love this hotel! I came as a guest for a wedding a few years ago that overlooked the pool and ocean...wow! Gorgeous views and rooms. It's been awhile since my husband and I have been able to stay here with covid but can't wait to go again for a romantic night out.

Overall it was a great and relaxing stay, the pools and steam room were very relaxing and not busy.
The guest rooms were very clean and spacious, lots of towels, pillows etc.
The small kitchenette was useful.
Macaroons upon arrival was a great touch .
The only concern was the housekeeping staff in the morning were extremely loud and they were having conversations very loud. But all good.
