Cafe Brio

Pretty sure I tried everything on the menu tonight!! 😅 Had the best takeout tonight. Truly felt like a dine in restaurant experience! I'm not sure what took me so long to find this place but I'm so happy we did. Every dish was fantastic, even down to the veg. Can't fault a thing. The staff was fantastic to deal with and I intend to keep ordering from them during Covid, and look forward to the day I can dine in as well.

Came here for the first time from having read some online reviews. It's a cute restaurant with a large bar area in the middle, and good number of tables around. We ordered the family meal (2 people portion). It came with a first course of 3 different starters (salad, soup, chacuterie), and a second course of 3 different mains (seared duck breast, grilled halibut, olive oil tomato basil spaghetti). The seared duck breast was out of this world! The best I have ever had. Other dishes were also outstanding. Service was friendly and attentive. The owner was so kind; she kept helping us entertain our toddler to give us some time to enjoy the food. The experience was way beyond my expectation. Will definitely come back!

Cafe Brio is in a quiet area, slight away from downtown Victoria. We found this place in a previous trip to Victoria. This was our second time at the restaurant. The menu is interesting. They offer 1/2 plate and full plate sizes for most items. We found the half plate size was plenty for us. Their wine list is so long that you will not finish reading it. We just asked our server for her suggestion. It was good and we enjoyed the wine with our food. Interior is a bit dark, at least where we sat. Food was good and the service friendly.

Very nice food, atmosphere and service. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels quite European to me - there are many interesting paintings on the wall and the music choice was rather "old-school".

First time enjoying Café Brio, and I can say without a doubt one of the best meals I've had in Victoria. Serving staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be eating there again soon!
