We took friends here from out of town for lunch and the food was excellent. We had the Baron of beef served with Ceasar salad and another with French onion soup. Also the Double double breakfast and the Clubhouse sandwich which was huge and delicious. Service was good too. Our only complaint was that none of the servers were wearing masks. We feel that for an extra bit of safety they should have been wearing them. Otherwise my review would have been 5 stars!
A nice cozy atmosphere and an alright selection of drinks. I had a clam which was great but the prices were a little high and the staff were not wasting masks. Not sure if that's wholly against regulations but it's kind of suss regardless
A large variety of local beers on tap from category 12, to Vancouver island brewing with everything in between.
The food is absolutely amazing with some clear intent and follow through on the quality in their main dishes. Upscaled pub food wouldn't even do it justice.

Love the food, especially the burger, and the servers are for the most part usually great. BUT WHY BOTHER WITH THE PRETENSE OF SANITIZING MENUS WHEN SERVERS DON'T WEAR MASKS OR SOCIALLY DISTANCE PROPERLY??? Just imagine, some people are actually used to wearing masks now!
Great food at decent prices, great service in a lovely location. Worth a visit any day of the week.
