Their service is really amazing! I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. JK was so kind and he explained the mechanism of carpet cleaning so i could trust them. Definitely, i will use this service again and again.

Even though i asked to clean our place suddenly they tried to make schedule for me and did their best for cleaning everything. Not even i ordered but also other stuffs they can handle . I love their service so much. U wouldn’t regret !

They welcome customer to supervise the cleaning and you will see all the dust and horrible stuff they suck out from the carpet. The product and machine they use are available on the internet so you can do some research what kind of chemical they use on your home. Money well spent ;)

Worst experience ever had to kick the guy out with out getting carpets cleaned. Asked for him to come to the front of the building and park to come through our front door. He calls from the parkade and says he is here I said I need you to come to the front of the building and come through our front door. He responds but I can't understand what he is saying because he's in the parkade and his phone is breaking up so I hang up and try calling him again. He answers and apparently has clued in the parkade is making his phone not work so I can talk to him I again say we need you to park at the front of the building and come through the front. He refuses stating he already parked ...apparently once his van is parked it can't move? So I go let him up to the apartment. He walks in and with out even looking at the carpets proceeds to tell me the carpets are so dirty that they need to have the $275 package and it needs to be done twice. I said what did our landlord pay you to do? He said the basic $90 package. I said then can you please just do that. He starts talking over me and yelling that we need special cleaner etc. I said a) you haven't even looked at the carpets so how do you know they are extra dirty? B) the carpets were actually steam cleaned about a week ago with a home machine but the landlord wanted it done professionally he's still adamant we need the $275 package and is not listening to me when I have repeatedly said just do what you have been paid for by the landlord I don't want to pay you extra money except every time I try to tell him this he proceeds to talk over me and tell me I don't know what I am talking about. Finally my roommate came home and we had had enough and asked him to leave he pretended to not to hear us several times then told us he had a right to be in our apartment. We said we no longer require your services please leave he again refuses. We had to threaten to call the police and wheel his equipment to the hall so that he would go. Never again!!! And if the company is reading this the guys name was Jay also he proceeded to call our landlord and say we were racist. Really great customer service if you aren't actually willing to do a basic $90 package don't have it on your list of services.
