The worst service I could get. At first I was told, the process will take 3 months, after half a year I was asked for additional documents or clarification of the data (that is why I hired a lawyer to be sure that I have all relevant information and documents on the first place) After whole one year of constantly chasing the lawyer via e-mail and phone to follow up my case I did not get a clear answer of the process or chances. This agency was recommended to me and have to say, I need to be a bit more careful next time of who I listen to. If there would be 0 start I would definitely use it.
