One star is over doing it. Ordered a part for my hot water heater on July 5, 2017 they told me over the phone it would be there first thing on July 6, 2017 I drove to red deer to pick it up and it wasn't there. Front counter then told me it would be there on July 7, 2017, called on the 7th and now they can't find any order of said part. I will not be shopping there ever again.
