It's Subway what can I say.

We live across the street and frequent this location on a weekly basis. There is a guy that works there that gives abysmal service but he is not the reason for my review. I am here to commend and thank Tanisha! This sandwich artist has superior customer service, she remembers us and our orders and always greets us with a kind welcome and a smile (evident even with her mask on, her eyes just light up). We are always left with excellently made subs, quick service, and a smile on our faces. She is the reason we keep on coming back. Well done Tanisha, thank you for being so wonderful!!!

Little while back when we moved to Port Coquitlam I stopped by in the morning to get a sandwich for my daughter flat bread 6inches,I immediately notice the bread was not fresh and had a piece of mold on it,told the girl and she was "oh I didn't noticed " Left that day and forgot about it,this morning again walked in to get 6" flat bread sandwich,my daughter sees the chunk of mold on it,confront the girl "she goes I just started here"and goes back brings another bag of bread Unfortunately I was in a rush late for work and school,got the sandwich and time to pay it comes to 8.78 dollars something which usually is $6.80! I think they even charged me for molded bread. I have the picture of the bread this time attached to an email to public environmental health department. DO NOT EAT THERE its not FRESH

Not great at the listening. I asked for a sweet onion on white italian. The associate asked cheese? And already had his hands into the white cheese without hearing my answer. While I don't mind the white cheese, do not assume. After I said not toasted, and shook my head no- the sandwich artist grabbed the toasting tray and was about to load my sandwich when I said not toasted again. Loaded my veggies up and then when it came to sauces, I asked for sweet onion and then I asked for salt and pepper. I got the sweet onion but then the associate grabbed a bottle of ranch (not sure how salt and pepper can be confused with ranch)and promptly squirted a dab before I could corrected him. I asked for him to remove the ranch. Which he did, removing some of the vegetables with it. Then he wrapped my sandwich and headed to the back without even communicating to the person on till what my sandwich was. Without the salt and pepper. Now, I know the best way to get what you want on your sandwich is to give one instruction at a time. Simple, so they can remember. And this is what I did. This associate either is rushing and not listening or rushing and assuming. Either way, this is the second time I've been to this location and my sandwich was not up to standard. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I went to this location. No greeting whatsoever. I had a coupon and the staff member instantly argued with me that it was expired without even looking at it. I had to insist that it wasn't and that's when he finally looked at it and agreed that it was still valid. He proceeded to insist that I have to buy a pop even if the coupon doesn't state that and since I used the tap feature, I didn't notice that he had given himself at tip of about $3 without my knowledge.
