Good Service, cooperative staff.

The worst drive through service of any Tim Hortons I've been to. Waiting in line the vehicle ahead of me waited while the 2nd lane let 2 other vehicles through. Then came my turn exactly the same thing happened 2 other vehicles got through in the other lane. Get my order...go home with it and they screw up my coffee order. I know the order was taken down correct by looking at the screen. Just paid for an extra large coffee that isn't even drinkable now. Truly NOT impressed with this location. Not the 1st time I've had an issue with this location, but it was the last. Never again. By looking at some of the other reviews I'm not the only one with concerns about their service. Too bad that head office doesn't see these posts or maybe they would step in and have a talk to the owner. Can't even post the comment without giving it at least 1 star...not deserving.

I've had at least half a dozen experiences of coming here on a weekend morning and having to learn after waiting in line that they have run out of a lot of things. The most recent one being today where at 10.37 am, they were out of hash browns. Its been fundamental things like donuts and Croissants in the past. I've never had this experience at other Timmys nor at other fast food outlets. They really need to step up their demand modelling and learn this from other branches.

The people working here are incredibly rude. They rushed me through my order and of course got my order completely wrong. Never ever coming back here.

Such a lazy group of people, I have to be up at 3:30 in the morning for work I’ve got a hustle to get there, least I could do see a couple steps towards taking my order and not making me wait there for 15 minutes at that time in the morning, maybe take a peek out your window to see who’s there at the drive-through. Thank you to Tim Horton a at this location for a less than lovely morning
