Wendy's

My understanding is that masks are required? Yet I saw 3 staff with masks covering their chins in food prep areas? Not good news for anyone with the current level of spread to see this. One of the ladies possibly the manager was talking with this fella before coming to the counter. She just pulled her mask down as she approached. Wth?

They left an item out of my order which I discovered halfway home. When I went back to get it while the rest of my order cooled they wanted to charge me for what they left out. At McDonald's if this happens, my experience is that they just give it to you for your inconvenience and apologize. Not so at this Wendy's, it was a battle in the drive through, even the manager argued. They could see it was punched in wrong from the start but still argued. I won't be going there again anytime soon. I never did get an apology.

Though they did have one both taped off and another section closed off. The one table adjacent to the open booth did not provide the 2 m distance. Nor during the time I was eating my side did I see them come out and sanitize tables that had been used. I had to clean my own table as it had not been sanitized either. With COVID numbers on the rise we all need to do our part to fight this. I will not visit this establishment until the pandemic is over.

Switched our chicken wrap order so we had to manually remove it ourselves(no one wants to do that especially during covid). You would expect better from them.

Quick, friendly service. Recieved old warm patties a couple times. But food quality is good for majority of the times I've been there
