I went to their drive through tonight, my order was two teen burger combos. Upon pulling up the the window the lady handed me both of my drinks and a bag, when I arrived at home ( about fifteen minutes away) I noticed she forgot to include one of the onion ring sides I ordered. I then called the restaurant back and instead of a simple apology the lady actually blammed me for not waiting. They packaged 95% of my order and even gave my drinks at the same time, there is no chance they were going to give me another separate bag for my onion rings. I ended up driving back to the restaurant since it was my child's order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION , there are other locations close by that treats their customers with respect. I

Consistently high quality food and service. When most A&W locations first open they put in extra effort and make fresh food, before settling down the scale. This location has been the exception, serving "TV commercial" looking burgers and providing stellar service. Worth going back again and again.

Very nice staff and they always have good hot food, I'm never disappointed with my order. The people who work there (especially Jasmeen) do a really good job at trying to make sure the every customer has a good experience

If A&W would change its buns, to go away from these super soft sponge like buns, there burgers would tremendously improve. Taste and flavors were good, however, you really have to put $7.50 on the table these days for Mama sized burger only. No fries and no drink.

This A&W might just be the best one in the lower mainland. Their staff are beyond friendly and efficient and I have never had one complaint about the food. Harveer deserves a raise. She is so kind and very helpful.
