Gelato was alright, however the guy who I assume was the owner had poor customer service! He seemed like he was trying to rush us with our decision making when there was nobody behind us! We asked what the flavors of the unmarked gelatos were and he replied with a "forget about those we aren't serving them". I understand if it was busy and there were people waiting, regardless his tone was very blunt and was not friendly. The girl at the counter working with him was friendly and had very good customer service however!
Best Gelato I've ever had!! Matteo is the maestro artisan in creating fantastic flavours.
Great ambiance... dining inside or on the patio gives you a little taste of Italy !
The gelato is delicious, but the customer service is not the greatest. I asked for a sample for the ice cream and of the workers snarled and glared at me. Not worth it, Rocky Point is way better!
Fantastic and generous staff! I have been coming to Matteo’s for years and now having gotten to know the staff makes the business and experience even more enjoyable!
Cant say enough good things about Matteos, great staff, awesome product and great dairy free, vegan and sugar free options!
