Dinakis Mediterranean Grill

I came here for my birthday dinner with some friends since we can’t do too much because of covid I was a little scared of coming in , however I felt very comfortable all the tables are social distanced and have dividers between tables and the workers are always wearing their mask and the place looks clean. best service I have experienced in a long time. The restaurant is ran by a family so they really care about customers , they have variety of options for drinks and food and the prices are amazing . On top of that we got free cake and it was delicious

So we ordered off skip tonight and called once the order was placed to inform the restaurant my mom had a seafood allergy (anaphylactic) so to cook the food separate. When the food arrived we had the complete wrong order and when we called the restaurant (mind you my mom had began eating at this point as she ordered chicken and this was correct ) and they informed us they gave us the wrong order and this one had most likely been cross contaminated with shrimp... she did later feel symptoms on an allergy but thankfully taking allergy medication and relaxing at home was enough to ease the symptoms. They assured they would send a new meal for my boyfriend and I because what they sent we were both unable to eat, after 40 minutes they called back saying we had to pay another $20 to have this new meal that they messed up in the first placed delivered... my boyfriend and I have decided to make dinner at home, we are very dissatisfied with the service we received tonight. We have ordered from here before and have never had such issues so we are very shocked with this outcome.

Big Porsche, quality, nice place

I first ordered from this restaurant on Door Dash (or Skip) , I am a big fan of Mediterranean food and couldn't wait to try it. When I received my order I was missing one of the entrees, no big deal, Door Dash reimbursed no problem, and obviously because ordering through this system, I unconsciously blamed the delivery service instead of the restaurant. (Sorry Door Dash) Fast forward to last week when I decided to dine in the restaurant with a party of 2. We arrived during happy hour, bonus right? We were allowed to choose our table and we chose a booth at the end. Our waitress did not offer us hard copy menus just the QR code, which is fine, but other tables were offered the option of a hard copy menu which to be honest, I would have preferred. We ordered 2 ceasers, and I was worried I might not enjoy them and the waitress promptly informed me if I tried and didn't like them that they would find me an alternative. We ordered a few things off the happy hour menu and off the happy hour menu (the menu is quite extensive so be prepared to take the time to review it - 16 pages). Our meals came; and we decided to order the dinakis fries to go. Now this was where I felt our whole experience went sour. The waitress never once check in on us again, I wanted to order a cola as we finished our ceaser, our water was never refilled, they never did a quality check on our meals. And to top it off our fries took 35 mins to get. We asked for our bill and waited 10 mins, and about another 10 mins to pay although we asked for the card reader immediately when we received the bill. The servers constantly huddled behind the bar chatting (ours included) even after we asked for our bill etc. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy enough to validate these issues and they had 3 women working in the front serving. (In total during the course of our arrival and departure there was approximately 8 tables total; either already seated or seated during our dinner) The food was good and I thought the servers pant suits were cute but I was extremely disappointed with the service. For an establishment that has won an award for fine dining, I'm wondering if you bribed the judges to win it. I hope that you retrain your servers to ensure that there is a high standard of service similar to the fine dining experience you claim to have.

One of the only places i feel safe eating at right now!! The food and service were both amazing. Our server Rey was honestly the sweetest person ive ever met. I was so excited i didnt get a chance to take a picture of the food. Check this place out you wont regret it!
