Handwashing is essential to beating Covid 19. These people are happy to take our cash, yet deny basic hygiene to customers. The chicken carbonara sub had chicken but almost no sauce. Made for a bone-dry tasteless sub. Worst I've ever had at a Quizno's.

Every time I come here the sandwiches are so dry and bland compared to other locations. There are barely any ingredients inside and it’s mostly the bread I taste. I would recommend the other Coquitlam location instead.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went today to ordered two sandwiches of tuna to me and my little son to take away with us. I arrived at home; the sandwiches were empty NO TUNA INSIDE!. Only the sauce. The indian worker there was so disrespectful with us without any reason. I even gave to her $1.50 My son shocked; told me that "she was so rude and disrespectful; talked us with contempt; even though we were so noce and generous with her" " why dady?" I was speechless. I d I wish if I could post the picture of the sandwiches, but unfortunately the google doesn't allows me. I don't recommend to anyone. The worst experience I ever had. SHAME ON YOU.

I’ve been going to this Quiznos for over 10 years and with the recent change of owners I have seen a drastic decline in the customer service. I got to know the last owners on a personal level and they were a joy to deal with from their customer service to the quality of the sandwiches. The last 4 times I’ve been to this location, not once have I been greeted properly. When I ask for extra veggies or extra peppers I get attitude and dirty looks from the staff. The cleanliness is non existent and I’m surprised this business is still running. I’m glad I’m not only one sharing my terrible experiences. I would advise the owners to step up and provide better service and quality of sandwiches if they want to last as they are ruining a great franchise name in Quiznos. Something needs to be done to improve this location.

I've found that this location closes up to an hour before they are supposed to close. They're supposed to close at 7pm each day but when I arrived recently at 6:30pm, the lights were already off and they are closed. This was a waste of my time.
