Overpriced tells people there closing and prices are firm but they take it to there Kelowna location

We hsve tried to buy at this furniture store nimerous times. Although they have a large selection of very nice furniture and appliances the prices are very high compared to other furniture and appliance stores we frequent .They also charge $60.00 to deliver right in Osoyoos and $15.00 to pick up the old. Oliver charges $50.00 to deliver and $10. 00 to pick up. Figure thst out.

Great service. They seem to understand how to look after customers. Pretty dim...they need more lighting

Got new living room furniture / appliances from here recently. Gordon was very helpful and made sure every detail with our order and delivery were right. Much better than the Brick or other stores that don't care about their customers in penticton / kelowna!
