The Residences At Fremont Village

The Residences at Fremont Village is such a wonderful place to live! The units are beautiful, spacious and actually feel like a place to call home,”. On top of that, the other residents are so friendly and welcoming. The best part though of living here, are the building managers Maureen and Natasa. They are so unbelievably helpful, friendly and professional. You won’t regret living here!

Great place to live and excellent onsite management. I can’t say enough good things about Maureen, Morgan and Natasa! Neighbours living in the buildings are super friendly and welcoming. The apartments themselves are really nice and spacious with great features and there are a lot of good amenities around the area!

Building is ok to live in, dog friendly, BUT the building was built cheap. The doors inside unit's are extremely hard to open, majority of the time having to wrench on them. Also moving out... do not sign the walk through as they can not take your damage deposit for normal wear, make sure to read the RTB move out guidelines and get your full deposit back!

Best decision you’ll ever make is NOT moving in. There is no upside to this building. None. It’s actually painful watching staff live/work there but nothing gets done efficiently or effectively. Worst apartment building/caretakers & management I’ve ever dealt with.

Brand new, dog friendly, superb location, very close to Pitt River where you can talk a walk nice and easy... Can't complain! :-)
