I have been going to Michelle for 10 years now and have always been treated with respect and professionalism.. great company with an amazing staff and will continue working with them.

Been dealing with this company several years, it is sad to report that the woman who runs this business is toxic in every aspect of bookkeeping services. She is disrespectful at times and does not care about her clients in the way we thought she would pay attention to our books. Payroll has been the most difficult with missed employees and errors of over payments and non reporting to us. Do yourself a favor and find someone who would take care of your books in a professional and timely manner without the bad attitude.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company some time ago. My words to describe it is beyond bad. The owner is beyond repair and has no clue what she is doing. She was rude to us and treated us like we were idiots when we asked questions about her service and our books. Overly defensive and not every professional

We had the "pleasure" of dealing with this company, totally regret it. The owner is just a total B****, especially if you challenge her on things then she gets rude and very angry. I have literally had enough of her rudeness and will be taking my business else where. I feel sorry for the staff that has to work there, she has no respect for anyone and keeps blaming others . When you ask her about your books she has no idea what is going on with them.
