went today to get fingerprints done. Didn't have an appointment and got told that it's done by appointments. One of the other personnel sitting beside the receptionist intervened and told the receptionist about cancelled appointment that was pre-booked. appointment booked, payment given, fingerprints done and i was on my way out in 5 minutes. Thank you for the accommodation and service with smile.

You really shouldn't post that you offer bilingual services when you, in fact, do not. Or even better, honour your obligation to respect services in both Official Languages. Not respecting the fact that federal services are supposed to be available in both languages is one thing, but it's a completely different matter to have it advertised that you do (through your ENGLISH/FRANÇAIS sign) and then no provide the service. Misleading and disappointing. There is an existing francophone population in Red Deer that deserves to be shown that respect.

Reported a dangerous and possible impaired driver who almost drove over the divider multiple times and was driving in the middle of 2 lanes, they called 2 hours later asking if I was reporting my neighbor... ? Called on a separate occasion because kids were vandalizing vehicles in the parking lot, was told there was nothing they could do. I'll literally never waste my time again. This is what our tax dollars are paying for, police who speak down to you and stick their nose up in pride. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend.

The staff are rude and way under staffed. I went there with my 1 years old baby and waited two hours to be helped. There was only two other people in front of me. Only one window open to help. Very disappointed . If you have to do anything at this station , give up your entire day.

Lousy, weak and unprofessional. It sucks that the victim calls for an emergency and gets the bottom of the barrel cops responding instead of the good cops. If your a victim expect not to be treated as one.
