Canadian Flight Centre

We went in for a flight lesson on a Cessna with our instructor Kaiser and had a great time! While we were a bit nervous at the beginning, Kaiser made us feel assured with his expertise and knowledge. We did all the necessary checks before starting and made sure the plane was in good condition. We flew over Victoria and all the islands and the views were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend CFC to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and safe flight experience!

Terrible communication and cold, unfriendly almost ignoring service. No one provides any kind of info, curriculum or guidance. Had to make an effort and nag them about it. Eventually was vaguely told that the instructor should tell me what to do and how to study exactly. The instructor was great, but he was even more surprised than I was when I told him what the school told me. Felt like nobody cared about anything (except for getting the payment) and especially about me as a customer. Went on an intro flight, the transponder broke mid flight and we had to land. When asked the school for a compensation I was refused. Have couple of friends with PPL in the US. When they heard about my experience they were shocked and said it would be entirely unacceptable in the US standarts and they can't believe a school in Canada is being run like this. Definitely not going to study with them.

Great School I highly recommend it. I flew with Kaizer Kosambia as an instructor. He has been most excellent & I can say that he has really help me in my progression for my PPL.

Very friendly environment. Services are great. Variety of planes are available. Dispatch and Instructors are very helpful.
