The school is part of the Anglophone School District South. Is a fairly modern facility with a good sized gym that hosts many age appropriate after school activities. The school has a decent outdoor playground and soccer field but lacks adequate parking for anyone other than staff due to its location and the immediate topography. The school is aptly named for its view of Kenebecasis Island in the Saint John river.
