Typical boston pizza experience. We went for fishbowl Friday (you get your drink in a fish bowl) it was the entire point of our night out. After we ordered, the waitress brought out regular drinks and told us that there were no available bowls. Which is fine, but we all agreed we would have rather known that before so we could have ordered something different. Towards the end of the night the waitress was kind enough to bring me a fish bowl as it became available so I could dump my drink into it, which was super sweet of her. It wasn't a bad experience and she was nice enough to try to fix something that at the end of the day was trivial. Would have given a 5 star if they had just been upfront about it before serving us what we didn't ask for, as it would have allowed us to order something else that we wanted. Small details.
Absolutely love their ribs.
Typical Boston Pizza food and drinks. Friendly staff and consistently decent food.
I found it was bad service. We waited 45 minutes to get our order cancelled...
