Nice people. nice service. Massage chairs are great. They didn't do a full pedi didn't file my feet. My toe shallack peeled right off a week later. My nails lasted 10 days. I get my nails done avidly at another place and have my nails and shallack last me 5 to 6 weeks before I need a fill. I had never been here before my friend treated me. I feel bad there product they use just isn't very good. Nothing on there skill or attitude.

I was very happy with the Covid protocols in place here, and also good safety procedures in general for a nail salon. But I did feel a bit like they were rushing clients through, not giving them quite as much time and attention to detail as they might usually. I’m sure it’s tough to be a business trying to stay afloat post-Covid, but you kind of like to feel like you’re getting good value for your dollars spent as a consumer, too. Additionally, after both my most recent pedicure and a pedicure earlier this summer, my polish started chipping on day 2. I have had a lot of pedicures in my life and never had one start to chip so quickly. To have it happen both times after a pedicure done here... disappointing. Not like I was running around in the beach or generally giving my toes a tough time either!

Posting for my friend: I have been here multiple times and had great service, but the last 3 times were very disappointing. As an experienced and trained nail aesthetician myself, I was very disappointed with my service 2 days ago for an acrylic tip manicure. The service was done in a rush, cuticles were not cut or cleaned, painting was poorly done (messy around cuticles), acrylic is bumpy (hard to see in photos), nail shaping crooked (my natural nails are not crooked), thickness of acrylic was incorrect (should be thin-thick-thin to maintain the nail strength and last longer). This was a $65 service. Please try to maintain higher quality and consistent service.

I use to love going here, the price was fair and the quality was amazing! Last time I went for a pedicure the prices were substantially higher, which I understand prices increase, but this was almost a $20 increase and within 2.5 weeks the shellac polish I got had already peeled off on 5 of my toes! Shellac usually lasts months on my toes! I was not happy with the quality of service and the price I paid!

Totally stumbled upon this hidden GEM! My friend and I was greeted so kindly by the host and both ladies were nothing short of enthusiastic and kind. I got a full ombré set with glitter and gel on my toes! The shaping and precision was what captured my attention and the reason I will be back!!! The entire ambiance and experience at this nail salon was something that I've found nowhere else in Red Deer! I would recommend that anyone needing pampering visit this location and tell everyone about it!!!
