Super friendly Great customer service

I was looking for a hard to find part for my very old sewing machine. Although she did not have the part I was looking for, the level of customer service provided by Linda was amazing. Her husband spent hours trying to find the part for me. I appreciate how friendly and caring these people were towards me. It's a fabulous little shop with excellent customer service, go there!

Good little craft shop, and everyone in there is very helpful. Wish they had more cross stitch and embroidery supplies, but they put a ton of focus on quilting and knitting so there just isn't much for embroidery. Still, they have a large range of DMC thread (it's a little pricier than online or from PG or Smithers, but given what you'd end up paying for shipping/gas, it pretty much breaks even). Sadly, they don't carry aida cloth which is definitely essential to cross stitching - seems like they could just order from Amazon or Walmart and mark it up appropriately so that locals who don't order online or want to go to PG could have an option. Still, the staff are very helpful and will try their best to help you find solutions for what you need or try to order it for you (they just might need a new supplier, maybe?)
