The staff here are super friendly and helpful. People are comfortable bringing their pets in with them. Then store has everything you could need for your pets. You can get your tags printed and your dog's waged right there in the store! Our one stop pet shop in the West Kootenays.

The biggest limitation with this store is the parking lot. Sometimes i find it hard to exit. I just try to avoid shopping there during "rush hour." There's also more parking at the back of store. Staff wear COVID face coverings and are very helpful in locating items. Hand sanitizer is available. There's a divider at the till.

Organized and clean; all safety protocols in place. Great service; very helpful in choosing proper products for your pet(s).
